About this Event
Join us in Brighton for a slow and nourishing summer afternoon of restorative yoga, botanical art-making, homemade delicious food and gentle connection.
We’ll begin with a deeply restful restorative 90 mins yoga practice designed to help the body slow down and settle, before melting into a nourishing yoga nidra and an extra-long savasana.
Afterwards, we’ll gather around a large collective botanical art table inspired by wildflowers, shadows, natural textures and intuitive mark-making.
Using giant shared paper, watercolour, crayons, paint, light and seasonal botanicals, we’ll create one evolving artwork together - focusing on expression, playfulness and presence rather than perfection.
Alongside the larger collective artwork, there’ll also be space to create smaller botanical cards and paper pieces to take home, write intentions on, journal with or gift to someone else.
There'll be an optional post-event social at Bison Beach Bar, and maybe a cheeky sea swim while we bask in the golden hour? 🌊
No experience needed, everyone welcome and cherished. Everything is an invitation, and you’ll be gently guided throughout.
Just bring comfy clothes and yourself 🤍
