If you book accommodation, transport and or travel tickets for your whole party, including players, families, coaches, and supporters at no time are Game Set Beach and or Wight Wave Beach Sports and or our network of event partners and providers at any time responsible these accommodation and travel costs in the vent of event cancelation or reschedule.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULES

In the event of being unable attend our events with less than 7 days’ notice entry fees will be non-refundable.

70 days or more notice – Full refund

8 day to 69 days – 50% refund

7 days or less – no refund

⭐️ TICKET POLICY

(Cancellations / Withdrawals / Refunds)

Each doubles ticket (Men’s, Women’s, or Mixed) covers a team of two players, and the person who purchases the ticket on Eventbrite is the official ticket holder.

• If you’re the original ticket holder and your partner drops out, you’re welcome to find a new partner, just let me know their name.

• If you (as the ticket holder) can no longer attend, your ticket can be transferred once to your partner, who is then welcome to look for a new teammate. Once transferred, this ticket can no longer be transferred to another person.

• If your partner isn’t able to find someone new, you (as the original ticket holder) are still entitled to a refund based on the timeframe below.

• Ticket transfers are only confirmed once a new partner has been found and the updated name has been given to me.

• Any financial arrangements between players should be sorted privately.

• Tickets cannot be resold privately.

⭐️Please inform the organiser as soon as possible if you need to change the name of your partner. We will try our best to help in any way possible.

The organiser needs to be informed immediately if someone has been injured/request ticket holder name change .

In the event our events are cancelled due to extreme weather conditions out of our control we will look to reschedule the events and entry fees will be non-refundable as alternative event dates will be offered.

We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense arising from a change or cancellation to your tour which occurs due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control and that of our partners. Such events would include, for example, war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, pandemics, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, fire or adverse weather conditions, natural or nuclear disaster, Governing Bodies and or similar events beyond our control.
