Does your child need a little more support navigating the social world? 💛
We’re launching Social Studio, a small, supportive group for children aged 6–8 with SEND or additional social, communication and interaction needs.
Our groups are needs based. Your child does not need a diagnosis or EHCP to attend.
Social Studio is for children who may benefit from extra opportunities to build confidence with things like joining in, conversations, friendships, understanding different perspectives, self advocacy, disagreements and those unexpected social situations that can sometimes feel tricky.
But we don't want social learning to feel like a lesson.
We’ll use board games, group games, team challenges, creative activities and playful role play to create opportunities to practise real social situations with support, encouragement and plenty of joy and laughter.
We’ll also explore some of the unspoken parts of social life that children are often simply expected to pick up along the way.
The aim isn't to change who a child is or teach them to mask.
It’s about helping them understand the social world, advocate for themselves and feel more confident navigating it as themselves.
