The Last Sound Bath at Laya Studio, Phoenix Park
A final gathering of sound, stillness and gratitude.
At the end of September, Laya Studio will be saying goodbye to our home at Phoenix Park.
Over the years, this studio has grown into much more than a physical space. It has become a sanctuary where many have come to slow down, breathe, reconnect and find a little peace amidst the demands of everyday life.
Before we close this chapter, we invite you to join us for one final sound bath in the space that has held so many beautiful memories.
The Experience
So Long, Phoenix is a special two-hour sound healing experience created as a moment of reflection, gratitude and transition.
Allow yourself to settle into stillness as the resonant sounds and vibrations of Himalayan Singing Bowls and Gong surround the space.
This final gathering is an opportunity to:
• Pause and step away from the noise of everyday life
• Reflect on what you are ready to release
• Experience deep rest and stillness through sound
• Honour endings with gratitude
• Create space and intention for a new beginning
