Join Restorative Health & Life, Forever Healing and Friends of Red Rock Canyon/Bureau of Land Management for Snapshot of Nature Hike, a refreshing morning of movement, connection, creativity, and exploration at beautiful Red Rock Canyon.
On Saturday, October 3rd from 8:30 AM–10:30 AM, a BLM Ranger will guide participants on a scenic 1.2-mile walk along Ash Spring Trail, where we’ll explore the diverse plants, wildlife, and microhabitats that make Red Rock Canyon so unique.
This experience is about more than taking a hike. Along the trail, participants will be encouraged to slow down, notice their surroundings, and capture nature through photography, art, and journaling. Nature journals will be provided, and participants are encouraged to bring their phones or cameras to capture their favorite moments.
Come ready to breathe in the fresh air, meet new people, move your body, and experience nature from a different perspective.

What to Bring
Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring water, sunscreen, and your phone or camera if you’d like to take photos.
