Let it all out - then let it all go! Begin with a 20-minute Quick Smash Session, utilizing glassware to physically break through stress, tension, or frustration.
Afterward, wind down with herbal tea and self-reflection through journaling.
Then a 30-minute immersive Crystal Sound Bath to calm the nervous system, restore emotional balance, and soften what’s been stirred.
This isn’t just a session. It’s a reset ritual. A place to shake off what weighs you down — and reclaim your peace.
Sometimes you gotta scream, then sigh.
