Relax into a peaceful afternoon of Reiki and sound designed to support deep rest, balance, and renewal. As soothing sound fills the space, Reiki energy will be gently shared throughout the session to encourage relaxation and promote a sense of calm, harmony, and well-being. Participants are invited to rest comfortably while immersed in grounding tones, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and restorative sound.
Throughout the experience, Dona Meyer will offer Reiki to each participant while Deb creates a calming and nurturing soundscape and at times walks gently through the room with instruments. Together, these practices create a supportive environment for rest, reflection, and energetic balance.
This session is intended to be gentle, calming, and supportive for both the nervous system and energetic body.
