Does your business need more sales?
You're brilliant at your job but nobody ever taught you how to sell. Whatever you know about selling, you picked up by accident, on the job, or watching someone worse at it than you.
The Small Business Sales Accelerator is 3 hands-on cohort sessions built to fix that, delivered in person over three Friday mornings in Aylesbury. The group will be no more than 6 people.
What to expect
These face-to-face workshops are designed to help you close more business. All sessions are delivered in a small business group and are fully interactive. You'll leave each week with something to use and implement immediately into your business and sales process.
What's covered
Session 1 - Sales Essentials (Friday 2nd October): Understanding relationships and grabbing attention (Simple techniques to help build rapport with your prospects from the outset).
Session 2 - Creating Value (Friday 16th October): Building value and managing your sales cycle (how to build desire when talking about your products and services and how to build an effective sales process).
Session 3 - Building Your Pipeline (Friday 23rd October): a repeatable way to find new clients, stay in front of them, and keep the pipeline full without chasing your tail.
PLUS a Bonus session on Social Selling - Practical outbound prospecting strategies, including how to use LinkedIn to build a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Who it's for
Small business owners who are doing most of the selling, those new to sales or business development or those who have to 'sell' as part of their job but have had no formal sales training.
