SLOWER
12/12/26 · Miami

"As winter's darkness comes into full bloom and life enters its season of rest, we allow ourselves to slow down."

Slower explores the full spectrum of our senses through fine dining, downtempo dance, performance art, and curious community—all centered around the art of slowing down.
This intimate, immersive evening invites you to disconnect from the noise, move with intention, and experience each moment more fully.
Eat Slower (VIP Dinner in Darkness)
We begin with an immersive dining experience in near-total darkness, only illuminated by moments of service and performance by candlelight.
Enjoy a dairy-free, omakase-style sushi meal featuring salmon, tuna, and yellowtail—light enough for dancing, yet satisfying. The experience includes candlelight performance art and is held largely in silence, inviting you to truly taste every moment.
Please notify us of any additional dietary restrictions or allergies when purchasing your ticket.
Move Slower
After dinner, we transition to the dance floor for a silent, downtempo journey led by Kaheal.
The evening includes a workshop exploring the art of slow dance, followed by a candlelit dance experience where we set intentions and move them into reality. Fruits will be served throughout the dance, inviting us to relish in the practice of eating slowly. Expect artful performances inspired by the element of fire.
Be Slower
We close the evening with time to simply be together.
Soft conversation, mindful connection, and spacious reflection create an opportunity to share what moved through us during the experience—and what feels alive as we return to ourselves and one another.
The Villa
This experience takes place in one of Miami’s most beautiful water front villas. We ask every guest to treat the space as a sanctuary and care for it as they would their own.
A saltwater pool and jacuzzi will be available for those curious to explore the world of water and slow dance.
