About this Event
Slow Strokes is a beginner watercolour workshop rooted in mindfulness and relaxation. We use the gentle, fluid quality of watercolour painting as an invitation to slow down, get out of your head, and settle into the present moment. Think of it as a moving meditation with paint.
I’ll guide you through the process with simple, accessible prompts that are more about noticing than doing. There’s no right answer, and nothing to get wrong.
If you’ve been curious about using art therapeutically in Victoria, or looking for a creative wellness workshop that helps you unwind, this is a good place to start. It’s also a great option if you carry a lot of stress, have been feeling burnt out, or just want a quiet, restorative evening out.
