About this Event
Join us for a gentle & grounding outdoor practice designed to help you unwind, reconnect and land softly in your body.
We’ll move through a slow intuitive flow ~ linking breath with mindful movement ~ before settling into rest, supported by a soothing sound bath. This practice is an invitation to soften the edges, regulate the nervous system and create space within.
Whether you’re looking to release the day, reconnect with yourself, or simply enjoy being outside in community, you are welcome exactly as you are. No prior experience needed.
Bring a mat or blanket, water and anything else to support your comfort.
