Slow Flow & Sound Bath with Ambassador Tamara Dunn at lululemon Woodgrove

lululemon Woodgrove is partnering once again with Ambassador Tamara Dunn to offer a free yoga and sound bath class at Woodgrove Centre.

Please come dressed to stretch and bring a mat as well as any props that serve you in your practice.

We invite all participants to shop with us after the class - there just might be some surprises instore for you!

IMPORTANT The class will take place in the former Bootlegger space beside Northern Reflections NOT at the lululemon store.

Please note, the class will be 45 minutes, not 1hr.
