About this Event
We would like to invite you all sketchy creatures on Halloween night @ Home.
A family friendly drop-in drawing workshop will be running from 4pm – 7pm where guests of all ages and abilities are welcome to join for a game of exquisite corpse. We will create some weird and wonderful creatures together using pen, paper and our imaginations. As the creatures are born through our collaborative work, we will proudly exhibit their portraits on the walls of Home to allow them to celebrate All Hallows’ Eve with us.
Whether you are coming for the daytime workshop or the evening party, we invite you to celebrate the 2-dimensional world by arriving in 2-D themed fancy-dress outfits and costumes.
Live DJs will start playing from 7pm until late with genres ranging form disco, house and garage as the night progresses. Collaborative doodle area will available to get creative whenever inspiration strikes as well as a DIY face painting station, treasure hunt and more exquisite corpse creature building throughout the night. (Please note, our license does not allow for under-18s to be in the venue after 7pm.)
Free 'British Tapas' (snacks) served with drinks orders, and prizes will be awarded for best costume, best face paint and all successful treasure hunts.
Hope to see you in another dimension!
