Welcome to the SIS Ministry 2026 SPA Weekend of Hope!

As we prepare for our SPA Weekend of Hope, we want to bring everyone back to the heart of why we are doing this.
This is more than an event on our calendar. It is an opportunity to intentionally create a space where women can step away from the demands of everyday life and experience sisterhood, wellness, encouragement, spiritual renewal, and most importantly, the presence of God.
When we say SPA, we are talking about:
S — Strength
Strength that comes from knowing we do not have to carry everything alone. Our ultimate strength comes from God, but we are also strengthened when we walk alongside one another.
P — Peace
Peace gives us permission to slow down, breathe, be still, and reconnect with God. We want our SISters to experience moments where they don’t have to be the caregiver, problem-solver, employee, wife, mother, grandmother, or the person everyone depends upon. For a little while, they can simply be.
A — Assurance
Assurance is the reminder that whatever season we may be walking through, God has not forgotten us. His presence remains with us, His promises still stand, and we can continue moving forward with hope.
Our desire is for every woman who participates to leave feeling a little stronger, experiencing a little more peace, and carrying the assurance that she is seen, loved, supported, and never walking alone.

Workshop Experiences Include:
• Tai Chi — Balance & Breathing
• Meditation
• Skincare & Self-Care
• Yoga

*Participants will choose to attend three (3) 50-minute workshop sessions.

💗 And the Weekend Continues — Worship in Pink!
As a reminder, our Weekend of Hope celebration will continue on Sunday, October 11th, with Worship in Pink at Zion Hill Baptist Church.
We invite everyone to return and worship with us as we come together in faith, hope, sisterhood, and support. No registration is required for Worship in Pink. Simply come dressed in your beautiful shades of pink and join us for worship!
