Mama, this afternoon is yours.
Leave the babies, the husbands, and the never-ending laundry at home. They'll all be right where you left them (especially the laundry). For three hours, you get to show up as yourself, with nobody asking for a snack.
We'll start on the mat with a flow designed for bodies that carry, lift, rock, and chase all day long. Expect gentle strength, deep stretches for tired hips, shoulders, and backs, and plenty of room to breathe. Every level is welcome, whether you practice weekly or haven't unrolled a mat since before the kids.
Then we sip. You'll enjoy a guided tasting of three wines from mom-owned wineries, poured alongside the stories of the women who make them. These are mothers who know the juggle and still found a way to build something beautiful, and their wines are sure to inspire. Non-alcoholic options are available so every mama has a glass in hand.
And woven through it all: conversation with women who get it. The sleepless nights, the bedtime negotiations, the mental load, and the wins nobody else noticed. Come to share, laugh, vent, or simply sit back with your glass and soak it in.
