Singing the CircleOPEN TO THE PUBLIC • ALL INSTRUMENTS & VOICES WELCOME
This time, you choose the music! Bring a favorite song you’d love to share, and together we’ll build the afternoon’s playlist. Bring 10–15 copies of your song sheet with chords, or send it to Denise ahead of time, and she can have copies ready. You can lead your song if you’d like—or simply toss it into the circle and we’ll figure it out together.
The Durango Ukulele Club is hosting, but ukuleles aren’t the only instruments invited. Bring your guitar, fiddle, mandolin, banjo, bass—or whatever you enjoy playing. Singers are welcome, too.
The idea is simple: share a song you love, discover a few new ones, and spend an afternoon making music together. Folk, pop, country, rock, bluegrass, old standards, Beatles—or that slightly obscure song you’ve been trying to convince everyone else they need to learn. No rehearsal, no performance pressure, and no need to be perfect. Bring a song, bring an instrument if you play one, and join the circle.
Limited to 10 songs so we have time to enjoy them rather than race through the list.
