As the bowls’ vibrations flow through you, your body naturally shifts into a state where deep rest and self-healing can occur. This immersive sound experience uses the pure, soothing voices of the bowls to guide you into a calm, meditative state.No prior experience needed; simply come as you are and let the sound do the rest.
