About this Event
Shout Network Social at The Flower Bowl 🎳🥌⛳
Networking... but definitely not as you know it!
Put the business cards away for an afternoon and join us for something a little different!
On Thursday 19th November, we're bringing the Shout Network community together at The Flower Bowl Entertainment Centre for an afternoon of bowling, curling, crazy golf, food, plenty of laughs and – of course – some great networking along the way.
If you've been to a Shout event before, you'll know we like networking to be relaxed, friendly and enjoyable. This time, we're taking that idea even further.
Rather than standing around making small talk, you'll be competing against each other, cheering each other on and probably discovering which of your business contacts is far too competitive!
What’s happening?
We'll meet from 1:30pm, giving everyone time to arrive, grab a drink and catch up before the fun begins.
At 2:00pm, we'll split into groups and take on bowling and curling, before everyone comes together for crazy golf at 4:00pm.
Then, at 5:30pm, we'll head to The Ocean to finish the afternoon with fish & chips and another chance to catch up with everyone. Dietary alternatives can also be catered for with advance notice.
Why come along?
Because some of the best business relationships aren't built across a meeting table.
They're built when you're having a laugh, trying something new and actually getting to know the people behind the businesses.
This isn't about pitches, presentations or formal networking. It's simply an opportunity to spend a few hours with a brilliant group of local business people in a completely relaxed environment.
Come on your own or bring a colleague – we'll make sure you get involved.
You don't need to be good at any of the activities either. In fact, we're fairly certain that will make it more entertaining.
