Shelby Park Wellness Walk

We'll begin with breathwork & a grounding circle followed by a silent & solo mindful 20 minute walk, utilizing all senses to engage and dive into presence. There will be an optional moment to reflect together at the end. Open to all.

We will meet at the Big Dripping Bird by the pond and field.

All donations go to Deep Roots Non Profit. We provide wellness to women survivors of trafficking and addiction.
