Business Behind Blonding is a class that offers a deep dive into how Tia Lambourn built her career from a small country village in England to be a Globally recognised artist who has had the honour of teaching her techniques to fellow stylists all over the world.
The tehcnique that Tia will be showcasing in class takes in total 4 hours for her to do in the salon, that's without an assistant and also including blowdry and styling. Tia has perfected the art of delivering a luxury service to clients in a reasonable time frame thats both profitable to stylists and manageable for clients. She recognises that not everyone has the time to dedicate 6 hours in the chair or behind the chair, she focuses on impactful placement that can be repeated time and time again, achieving beautiful yet bespoke results by changing your formulation per client.
Although social media has played an important role in Tia's career she recognises that not every stylist wants to be the 'face' of their page. She will also be sharing her tips and tricks that allow her to attract new clients throught the referals of current clients, building a reputation whilst also setting reasonable boundaries that work for you and your clients. How you can build your clientele without having to feel unauthentic online of performative.
On the flip side for anyone who is hoping to build their online presence and create a brand, Tia will be sharing her fail safe methods that have lead to build genuine connections in the industry and an authority figure in the Blonding community.
