Sheffield Pregnancy Circle

Guided by two experienced doulas, each month will be a facilitated evening of meditation, sharing and ritual.
Reconnect with yourself, your babe and others exploring the fears, joys and excitement that comes up. A place to rest and be held.
Situated in a cosy home in Heeley, cuppas and cushions provided.
What to expect?

We'll gather at 6.30 for a 7pm start, you'll be guided in a grounding meditation, have the option to share or just listen and we'll close the circle at 9pm.

Pay £5-10 for each individual session or reserve your spot and pay for a 6 month block for £50. Spaces limited to an intimate group of 10 birthing folk.
