About SHEDFEST 2026
Groundwork NI is proud to present SHEDFEST 2026—a vibrant, free public event celebrating the incredible impact of Men’s Sheds in our society. Bringing together urban and rural community groups, this year's festival focuses on three vital themes: Health | Heritage | Home. It is the perfect platform to share skills, meet new groups, and connect directly with local charities and support services.
We know that Men’s Sheds are invaluable pillars of our communities with immense social value. Our mission is to raise awareness and rally the vital support these groups need to help their members stay happy, safe, and healthy. Come along, see the amazing work on display, and discover how Men's Sheds, and new community Sheds models are changing lives! Over 50 organisations are present to offer support, advice, opportunity, and good relations.
