About this Event

Female Founder Networking is rebranding to She Scales! A monthly female founders connection and co‑working day delivered across every NatWest Accelerator hub. It is a dedicated space for women who are building and growing businesses. The session brings people together to share experiences, exchange insight, and build community in a warm and honest environment.

Whether you are at the beginning of your journey, scaling with momentum, or learning from those who have already travelled the path ahead, She Scales offers meaningful connection, practical conversation, and genuine support. We welcome female founders, non‑binary founders who feel aligned with women’s spaces, and allies who wish to contribute, learn, and support.
