She Moves ~ THRESHOLDAutumn Equinox Edition
As we approach the Autumn Equinox, we find ourselves in liminal space. We are at the edge of what was and what is yet to come.
As the point of balance between light and dark, where day and night become equal, the Autumn Equinox is a sacred threshold, a sacred moment in the Wheel of the Year. As the light retreats we are invited to turn inward, to reflect, let go, and listen more deeply.
This Tuesday evening, SHE MOVES ~ THRESHOLD invites you into an embodiment of this liminal space.

More about ***She Moves***
We are so excited to welcome you to a sacred gathering for women to move, dance and reconnect with yourself, with one another, and to the natural world that surrounds us.
She Moves honours our connection to the natural rhythms, marking the solstices and equinoxes, and the threshold between the seasons. These journeys will offer us a moment to pause, acknowledge, and be present for these potent times in the wheel of the year and how they are moving through us and our lives.
Each event will consist of a gently facilitated dance journey to allow a chance to release, express, play, and listen within. Alongside the dance journey, we will be weaving different elements, drawing from such modalities as guided meditations, storytelling, small group connection, sound healing, and song. Each session will be slightly different yet similar in structure, each designed to honor and celebrate the uniqueness of that time of year.
