She Moves

Join She Moves, a free women-only dance fitness programme by Butterfly Future designed to help women move more, feel better and connect with others in a welcoming, judgement-free space. These 60-minute sessions are open to women aged 18+, especially those who are currently inactive, less active, or looking for a positive way to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Whether you’re returning to movement, struggling to stay active due to busy schedules, or simply looking for a supportive community, She Moves is here to help you build confidence and enjoy movement at your own pace.

Expect:
✨ Fun, high-energy dance fitness sessions
✨ Afro, House & feel-good music vibes

✨ Functional exercises using bodyweight and light equipment (eg: resistance bands & steps)
✨ A safe and supportive women-only environment
✨ Opportunities to connect with like-minded women
✨ No pressure, judgement or fitness experience needed

🕔 Mondays | 5:30pm–6:30pm (Session 1), 6:30pm - 7:30pm (Session 2)
🎟️ Free to attend. All fitness levels welcome
💃20 spaces per session. 1x Ticket per person. New sessions will be released in monthly booking blocks using the same Eventbrite link. Please only book sessions you know you can attend as spaces are limited.

*Please note all first time attendees will be required to complete a short 'She Moves Participant Registration & Wellbeing Impact Survey'.

Cancellation / Booking Polcy

-If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as early as possible so another woman can take your place. Please give at least 4 hours notice.

-Entry may not be permitted more than 10 minutes after the class starts.

- Repeated no-shows may lose access to future classes.
