About this Event
She Leads Ventura County 2026 is an elegant Black Women’s Awards Dinner presented by Black in Business 805. This year’s theme, “Legacy in Motion,” honors the women who paved the way while celebrating and empowering those creating what’s next.
The evening will begin with a red-carpet experience and photo booth from 5:00–6:00 PM, giving guests the opportunity to connect, celebrate, and capture memorable moments. A plated dinner will be served at 6:00 PM, followed by an inspiring awards ceremony honoring extraordinary Black women making an impact through leadership, business, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and community service.
Guests will also enjoy a powerful message from our featured guest speaker, along with music, entertainment, and an unforgettable evening of recognition, sisterhood, and celebration.
Join us on November 8, 2026, as we honor legacies, celebrate excellence, and uplift the women moving Ventura County forward.
