Autumn brings something special to the table at Tierra Sur.
Join us Wednesday, November 11, at Tierra Sur for our Cellar Club Wine Dinner—an intimate evening celebrating the season through thoughtfully composed dishes and remarkable wines from the Herzog portfolio.
From the richness of confit turkey and slow-cooked lamb to smoked game hen and an indulgent chocolate finale, each course explores the interplay of flavor, texture, and wine.
And this dinner offers something particularly interesting: a side-by-side journey through two expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon from our Variations collection, followed by a Clarksburg Malbec and a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from CAPIO.
