Sharing Bread 2026 is a Thanksgiving-weekend celebration bringing together Toronto's Italian-Canadian community and friends around bread, music, and solidarity — organized by Associazione Amarcord Emilianoromagnoli dell'Ontario and Ossington Pentecostal Church, with the support of the Regione Emilia-Romagna (Consulta regionale per gli Emilianoromagnoli nel Mondo).

Friday, October 9 — "Music is my Bread" Concert: Fernando Perri & Spare Parts, at Society Clubhouse, 5:00 PM. Free, capacity 150.

Saturday October 10 - Bread: that's Ammore! The Sharing Bread Masterclasses:

1:30 pm Pizza pie! (Chef Pasquale Ponticiello - AVPN ambassador)

2:45 pm Pane&vino: make bread using wine instead of water

4:00 pm How to make piadina, the Romagna flat bread (Bottega della Piadina Toronto)

5:15 pm How to make ‘crescione’ an Emilia Romagna specialty flat bread (Bottega della Piadina, Toronto)
