About this Event
Expect a combination of Shaolin warm-up, stretching, strength training, striking techniques, partner drills, pad work, and meditation. The workshop explores both the physical and mental dimensions of martial arts, developing strength, coordination, precision, awareness, and focus.
Open to all levels — whether you already practice martial arts or are looking for a new physical challenge.

CHIMOSA is a Berlin-based space for martial arts, movement, fitness, and community, founded by Yichy Chen.
Bringing together disciplines including Kung Fu, Taiji, boxing, Muay Thai, strength training, and functional movement, CHIMOSA creates a space where people of all backgrounds and experience levels can train, learn, and connect.
Traditional martial arts meet contemporary training methods, with a focus on discipline, curiosity, confidence, awareness, and community.

The workshop takes place in the Ballroom at Fotografiska, bringing CHIMOSA's martial arts practice into a cultural and creative environment in the heart of Berlin.
