🍂 Welcoming Autumn
A Forward Ambulation through the Küstergraben-Lübars Loop
For the curious humans who feel nourished by Nature, meaningful encounters, wandering without rushing, and seeing the familiar with fresh eyes: come wander with us!
Autumn is arriving, carrying with it a time of transition, transformation, and letting go.
On Sunday, October 4th, let’s welcome the changing season by slowing down and walk together through the beauty of Lübars. 🌲🍄
We’ll spend a few hours immersed in Nature, walking at an unhurried pace and allowing our attention to wander: noticing the forest floor, the trees, the fungi, the changing light, and whatever else reveals itself along the way.
Through gentle sensory and artistic invitations, we’ll explore what it means to move with a season that is itself in transition, while sharing conversation, silence, curiosity, and perhaps a little autumnal magic.
Start & finish: Bus Stop Zabel-Krüger-Damm/Alt-Lübars *
Duration: approximately 4 hours*
Contribution: €15 per person*
Difficulty & distance: Easy–moderate. Approximately 16 km, with around 70 m elevation gain and 70 m descent. The route requires a minimum to moderate level of fitness. We’ll walk at a comfortable pace, with pauses along the way.

Come for the nature, the mushrooms, the wandering, the changing season, and the company of fellow wandering humans.
Notes
* In case of extreme adverse weather, the walk will be postponed. If there is light rain or wind, I will encourage you to come and engage with this part of Nature.
**We will end the walk at the same bus stop.
*** The length and duration may be adjusted according to the group's preferences and conditions on the day.
**** If you are currently short on funds and want to take part of the walk, please reach out to me at [email protected]. And as a way to show care for those who care for us, professionals, students and researchers of the health sector are welcome to join free of charge.
🚻 Toilets: Please use the facilities at the meeting point before we set off, as there are no toilets along the route.
Cancellation: If you can no longer attend, please let me know as soon as possible. Contributions are non-refundable within 7 days of the walk unless the event itself is postponed.
