Ocean, sunrise & yoga- start your weekend off vibing with the calming energy of the ocean joining nature for the morning dance.


Your instructor, Shannon Shneyder, is a physical therapist of 25 years and a certified yoga instructor.

Gentle Hatha Slow Flow- sound healing music will be playing & beach yoga blankets provided.
ALL welcome, beginner friendly!

No preregistration needed.
