October brings with it falling leaves, foggy mornings, and harvest moons, which makes it the perfect month to learn the bare bones of crafting a spooky ghost story. Join us for “Shadow in the Shelves: Spinning Spectral Stories” where we will review the key elements of writing a ghost story and provide prompts to inspire you. Bring whatever you prefer writing with and we will have paper on hand if needed. Come craft your own story for the season, and please email [email protected] to register to attend. Fun Fact: People in the 1800s loved to read ghost stories by the fireplace during cold autumn nights.
