Dive into the powerful premiere of a documentary shedding light on child sex trafficking and the fight to end it.About this Event
This documentary explores the sex trafficking of minors in the U.S.A. and the extraordinary resilience of those who have survived it. At its center is Jeff Tiegs, a former U.S. Delta Force operator who advocates law enforcement and Homeland Security work to expose one of America’s most abhorrent hidden crimes. Anchored by survivor voices, not stylized reenactments or manufactured drama, Section 1591 is a visceral, deeply human exploration of courage, trauma, and redemption.
Event includes cocktail and social hour, documentary showing, and Q&A with SGS Staff. SGS is a 501(c)(3) that supports law enforcement to counter sex trafficking by using open-source solutions to identify victims of sex trafficking and their predators, assist Law Enforcement to interdict predators for profit and predators for pleasure, and empower communities with purpose.
