Slow down. Reconnect. Move. Feel. Express.
About this Event

Sexy Yoga places yoga at the foundation, fusing it with different forms of movement to explore femininity, sensuality, embodiment, confidence, and self-expression. We create a space for you to reconnect with yourself - mind, body, and spirit

This is not a traditional yoga class. This is not a dance class.

Main Intentions of Sexy Yoga
  • Slow down and reconnect with your body
  • Build confidence through movement
  • Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment
  • Explore sensuality and self-expression
  • Feel powerful, grounded, present, and embodied
  • Leave feeling more connected within your mind, body, and spirit

A New Movement Experience Every Month

Each month, Euphoria Yoga Studios welcomes a different instructor to Sexy Yoga, bringing a unique movement practice that complements the intention of the workshop.

October: Heels Dance with Litty Lyssa

For October, Litty Lyssa is bringing the Litty Experience to the dance floor through a heels-focused experience curated around movement, confidence, connection, and self-expression. Led by Bronx-raised dancer, choreographer, teacher, creative director, and founder of Litty In Heels, Litty Lyssa has created more than just a dance class. She’s created a space where women can step outside of their comfort zones, challenge themselves, tap into their confidence, and discover the star power they already carry.

Yoga with Tiffany Ortiz

Teaching alongside Litty will be Tiffany, who will lead the first portion of the workshop through an intentional yoga flow.

Tiffany will guide participants through movement and breathwork designed to warm up the body, slow down the mind, and shift attention away from the external world and toward the internal experience.

Her intention is to encourage participants to slow down, use the breath to reconnect with the present moment, and create enough space to listen to what their bodies are communicating.

What to Expect

35 minutes — Yoga with Tiffany Ortiz
An intentional flow to warm up the body, connect with the breath, and become present.

45 minutes — Heels Dance with Litty Lyssa
Heels dance experience to help women move with confidence, challenge themselves, connect with community, and tep fully into their own star power.

5 minutes — Sound Bath Experience
A grounding moment to slow down, integrate the experience, and close the workshop.

Who Is This For?

Sexy Yoga is for anyone looking to slow down, reconnect with their body, explore sensual movement, and create space for self-expression.

No previous yoga or heels dance experience is required.

Whether this is your first time exploring intentional movement or you already have an established practice, you are encouraged to move at your own pace and honor what feels good in your body.

What to Wear

Wear something that makes you feel comfortable, confident, and free to move.

That might be your favorite yoga set, leggings, shorts, a bodysuit, an oversized T-shirt, or something that makes you feel sensual and expressive. There is no expectation to dress a certain way. Come as you are. (Heels are optional, you can dance in socks)

What to Bring
  • Yoga mat
  • Water
  • An open mind
  • Yourself, exactly as you are
  • Heels if you want to dance in heels

Sexy Yoga is a judgment-free space. You are never expected to move, look, or express yourself in a particular way.
