Step away from the festive rush for a 90-minute Seven Dials Sound Journey exploring Ayurveda's approach to winter, nourishment, conserving energy and creating space for genuine rest.

We'll then get cosy beneath our blankets and settle into a deeply restorative one-hour immersive sound journey.

No previous knowledge of Ayurveda or experience of sound journeys is needed.

Please bring a comfortable mat, blanket, bottle of water and anything else you need to feel warm and comfortable during the sound journey.
