Seth Sjöström (*2000) is a bass player and composer from northern Sweden currently based Berlin. With a foundation in Jazz, free improvisation and Swedish folk music, he's constantly looking for new ways to express himself as well as communicating with others through art. He's greatly inspired by the harsh but honest nature of northern Sweden and is driven by the will to use music as a tool to build a genuine connection to himself, other people and the world around him.
On the 12th of June 2026, Seth releases his new album ""Kom Hem"" together with his quintet.
Deeply personal yet widely resonant, his songwriting has connected with audiences and musicians worldwide, with his work recorded by artists from Emilia Mårtensson to the RTV Slovenian Big Band. In his own words, his music is rooted in a belief that songs can help people better understand themselves and their lives.
This special double bill brings together two singular voices in contemporary music, joined by acclaimed pianist Matt Robinson and saxophonist Adam Waldmann for an evening of evocative, boundary-crossing music.
