It’s wild to say the holiday season isn’t far away, which means family season is almost here. Someone once told me if you think you’re healed, spend some time with your family. Some of us still get triggered by family. Some of us revert to a younger version of ourselves the moment we walk through the door. Even though we have done therapy and have done healing work,.I’m hosting an in-person, women-only class at two different times: Saturday, Nov 14 and Sunday, Nov 15. Since this is deep work, class sizes will be small.
