Join us for a FREE outdoor barre3 Signature 45 class in Catalano Square! This energizing 45-minute workout blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness for a full-body experience that leaves you feeling balanced and empowered.
Please arrive 20 minutes early to check in and set up and don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat. In case of bad weather, we'll reschedule class to a different date.
