As the Sun moves into Libra, we turn toward the element of Air — the breath, the mind, and the space where clarity lives. This immersive ceremony blends somatic awareness, a live drum circle, an air feather limpia cleansing ritual, mudras & breathwork, and a channeled guided meditation and sound journey — all held with the intention of restoring harmony within the mind.
Expect to move through grounding somatic practices, rhythmic drumming (or other instruments0, ritual cleansing, and breath-led stillness before settling into a deeply restorative meditation and sound journey.

Location: The Delaware House, Bay View, Milwaukee
What to bring: Anything you need to feel comfortable sitting or lying on the floor (mat, blanket, cushion). Covered water bottles are welcome.
