Sensual. Sacred. Sovereign. is an immersive embodiment workshop created for women longing to come home to their bodies as sacred vessels of sensuality, love, flow, and power. It’s a guided full-body experience for women ready to remember who they are beyond roles, expectations, or holding back.

We create a space where you feel safe to be seen, held in your expression, and free to show up as your whole self - a complex human, radiant being, and fully alive.

You’ll be gently guided back to your body, your breath, your essence, and your expression. Including parts of yourself that don’t get seen, heard, felt, expressed or set free (often or at all).

Through intuitive expressive movement and dance, somatic coaching, and embodiment practices, you’ll reconnect with the innate wisdom that lives within you. The one that speaks in sensation, silence, rhythm, and heart.

Every element of this experience, from the practices to the space to the soundscape, is chosen with the intention to help you safely feel, release, reconnect to yourself and emerge embodying more of who you are and how you desire to feel.

There comes a moment when hiding and holding it all in is no longer an option. A moment when your body says: “Let me move. Let me feel. Let me be.” This is that moment. This workshop is an embodied portal, into the parts of you that have been silenced, dimmed down, or hidden away. Into the sensual, the primal, the powerful. Into the fire that burns strongly in your heart, and the oceanic flow of your soul. Into the woman who can enjoy and celebrate her truth, desire, and depth.

• Reclamation of Sensuality: Reclaim your sensuality as a source of power, softness, and sacred embodiment. Rediscover the pleasure of presence, and of simply being in your skin. Explore what it means to feel safe in your body, to move freely, to step into your life force energy and sacred authority.
• Movement + Dance: Follow your body’s impulses. Move to feel and express, without holding back. Let your body speak in breath, sound, movement, and stillness. This is not about performance, it’s about your authentic and untamed truth in motion. Let your instincts guide you.
• Feminine Embodiment: Step into and play with the embodiment of the feminine it's entirety, the light and dark feminine, the known the unknown, the different parts of the feminine you are and want to connect with.
• Balance Feminine + Masculine Energy: Awaken, or connect more deeply with your feminine energy - the fluid, creative, sensual current that lives in you. While honoring your masculine energy as the steady groundedness supporting your feminine expression.
• Emotional Expression + Release: You don’t need to hold it in here. Cry, laugh, rage, melt. Release what no longer serves you. This space is built to hold all of you and whatever may arise and pour out as you explore, move, and come home to yourself. The carefully curated music is chosen to echo the emotional arc of your journey.
• Embodied Integration Sacred Circle + Somatic Coaching: Be witnessed in your wholeness and embodied emergence. Explore, reflect, share and integrate, what emerges. Feel the power and beauty of being seen, heard, and held in safety and celebration by a circle of women who are also remembering and reconnecting to themselves.

• You’re tired of hiding, shrinking, performing, or feeling disconnected, and want to reclaim the parts of yourself that have been silenced, hidden or left behind.
• You’ve been holding it all together, carrying so much for so long, and you want to exhale, soften, release, and be supported in return.
• You crave a space where you can safely express your full self - tender, powerful, vulnerable, and true - where you can be seen, accepted, and never judged.

To support your experience and help you feel grounded, comfortable, and fully present, please bring:

• Your open heart and curious mind.

No previous experience with somatics, embodiment or movement is needed.

• A yoga mat - for the somatic practices - incase you prefer you lay instead.

• Comfortable expressive clothes you can sit and move freely in. Wear what makes you feel soft, strong, sensual and feminine. (What supports the expression of your essence and the energies you want to embody more?)

• A small item for inspiration or energetic support (optional)—something that represents your intention, an archetype, energy or something you desire to embody, your femininity, or another part of you you’re reclaiming.

• A yoga mat in case you prefer to lay down instead of sit, during some of the somatic practices.

Floor cushions will be provided in the space for all who have booked, so you do not need to bring your own

Bottled water will be provided

Refreshments in the form of some fresh fruit will be offered when we go into the embodied integration sacred circle.
