Join the Museum this Sunday, October 25 for Sensory Sunday! Enjoy a calmer, quieter Museum experience with fewer sensory distractions, giving families the chance to explore, play, and learn at their own pace. During Sensory Sunday, flashing lights and loud sounds throughout the Museum are turned off to create a more comfortable environment for visitors who benefit from sensory-friendly accomodations.
To help make your visit even more comfortable, the Museum offers sensory supports, including fidgets, noise-muffling headphones, and child-sized weighted vests.
Everyone is welcome! Adults accompanied by an aide or guardian are encouraged to join in the fun, too.
Admission is $14 per person, the Museum's standard admission rate.
Whether you're joining for the first time or Sensory Sunday is already a favorite, there's room for everyone to play, explore, and enjoy the Museum in the way that feels right to them!
