Sen Lake is a 100% affordable and transit-oriented development, bringing 91 units of housing to the Eastlake neighborhood near Lake Merritt in Oakland. Sen Lake offers 67 permanently affordable homes to households earning between 30-60% of the area's median income, and 23 units of permanent supportive housing to homeless or formerly-homeless households.
