About this Event
Join us for a 75-minute weekly yoga practice that brings together intentional movement, rest, and meditation. We’ll move at a thoughtful pace, allowing time to build warmth in the body while staying connected to breath and awareness. The second half of class invites deeper softening through restorative postures and meditation. This practice is designed to help you reset, awaken your inner light, and leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.
About your teacher:
Brianna is an Atlanta-based yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and artist whose work lives at the intersection of healing, creativity, and self-discovery. Blending breath, movement, and play, her classes invite students to soften, explore, and meet themselves with curiosity. With over 500 hours of training and a love of learning, Brianna teaches in a way that feels both grounding and expressive — a space where music, presence, and laughter coexist.
Parking and entry:
Neutral Moon Studio is located in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood of Downtown Atlanta (near Mercedes Benz Stadium) at 141 Mangum Street SW, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30313. Our studio is located inside of the Koncept House (brick with black door).
PARKING //
Once you have turned onto Mangum Street, turn RIGHT down the first available gravel driveway and then our parking lot will be on your left directly behind the tall brick building with the loading ramp facing a peach dumpster. Park along the black iron fence. The lot is set up as one-way (sometimes you can't see the one-way sign). If the lot is full, please find legal street parking.
Once you arrive please call Neutral Moon Studio on the call box to be buzzed in
Walk up the stairs directly in front of you or take the elevator to the 3rd floor
