Self-employed network: Increasing value to clients using profiling tools

In this session, we'll highlight how such tools deepen self-awareness and awareness of others and can then be used to address clients' real business issues ranging from poor communication, low performing teams, ineffective change and missed sales targets.

Using real profiling tools and interactive exercises, we'll reinforce how different preferences influence workplace behaviour and the resulting impact. We'll explore practically how a little understanding and deeper appreciation drives meaningful difference. Finally, we'll consider how you, as HR and People professionals, can leverage such tools to deliver additional value to your clients.

Speaker’s bio: Adam Pickford

Adam Pickford is a People Development practitioner who helps individuals and teams build stronger connections and perform at their best. He has worked with organisations across a range of sectors, designing, facilitating and coaching on leadership, communication and team development programmes. A particular passion is helping people understand themselves and others better through personality profiling, especially Insights Discovery, and leveraging that understanding to address real life business issues. Known for a warm, practical and engaging style, Adam brings energy, curiosity and real-world experience to every conversation.
