The Hangry Lady will lead this hands-on class at her own location, where you'll learn how to build a stunning board that tastes as good as it looks. Explore how to pair complementary flavors, select high-quality meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments, and use color theory and styling fundamentals to create visual harmony that looks as great as it tastes! Along the way, you'll gain insight into the origins and uses of each element, learning not just how to assemble a board, but how to curate an experience.
