Bring your comfortable items to add to your experience such as yoga mat/towel, pillow,blindfold, crytals etc. Self Care Me Wellness supplies that we offer to use are first come, first served.

You will receive 1-3 emails leading up to event. Your welcome email will ask you to fillout waivers & release forms. You will receive a 2 day reminder before event and a survey after event. Please check your spam emails from eventbrite and or [email protected]
