About this Event
Seen. Known. Ready.
Your next career opportunity may depend on more than how well you do your job.
Join HBA Auckland for an interactive career masterclass exploring how to build visibility, strengthen strategic relationships, and position yourself for what’s next.
Speaker: Amy Wilkinson
Amy Wilkinson is a New Zealand healthcare executive and governance leader. Most recently General Manager and Country Director of Johnson & Johnson MedTech New Zealand, she spent five years leading J&J’s MedTech and Innovative Medicines businesses in New Zealand, following a career spanning strategy consulting at L.E.K. and multi-function commercial roles at Novartis and Johnson & Johnson in Sydney. She has served as Deputy Chair of MTANZ and on the boards of Medicines New Zealand and AmCham NZ. Known for her authentic, people-first leadership, Amy is currently on a deliberate career break, shaping her next chapter across executive, governance and investor-operator roles.
With insights from Amy Wilkinson, we’ll explore:
• Seen — How do you build visibility and communicate your impact beyond your immediate role and team, so opportunities find you — within NZ, across functions, and internationally?
• Known — How do you build authentic, strategic relationships with leaders, sponsors and networks who can support your career?
• Ready — How do you position yourself for what’s next — from preparing for year-end reviews to having career conversations and spotting opportunities before they arise? How do you become visible to leaders outside your day-to-day world?
Come ready to reflect, connect and take practical steps towards your next move.
