About this Event
You’ll have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the coffee chain including processing and it’s impact on flavor and Novo’s approach to the artisan roasting process. Experience the method of coffee cupping (a common tasting practice) as well as learning how to distinguish between different flavors in coffee and where those flavors come from.
Classes limited to 4 attendees.
Please arrive early or on time.
Please do not wear strong perfumes, deodorants, or other highly odorous substances as they can have a negative effect on the tasting environment.
