In this series we hope to shed light on each facet of this wonderful world including cutting edge research, real life stories and curious oddities.

Speakers
We have released the names of two of our four speakers in the lead up to the event, but will leave the other two a mystery, all will be revealed on the night.
Dr David Luke is Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Greenwich. His research focuses on transpersonal experiences, anomalous phenomena and altered states of consciousness, especially via psychedelics, having published more than 100 academic papers in this area, including ten books, most recently Otherworlds: Psychedelics and Exceptional Human Experience. When he is not running clinical drug trials with LSD, conducting DMT field experiments or observing apparent weather control with Mexican shamans he directs the Ecology, Cosmos and Consciousness salon and is a cofounder and director of Breaking Convention: International Conference on Psychedelic Consciousness.
Claire McDonald is a life science consultant and regulatory affairs expert with over 15 years’ global pharmaceutical experience across early development, clinical strategy, and lifecycle management. A Fellow of The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs (TOPRA) and visiting lecturer at King’s College London, she speaks widely on medicines regulation, clinical trials, and drug development strategy. Claire holds a Biochemistry degree, US Regulatory Affairs Certification, and an MSc in Drug Development Science, where her award-winning research explored regulatory pathways for the psychotherapeutic component of psychedelic-assisted therapies. Alongside her scientific work, she contributes to national initiatives on psychedelic data, authors academic content, and supports the profession through mentoring, coaching, and training.
