About this Event
This circle is for women only, so that it is a safe space to be heard, to feel comfortable, and experience drumming with a group in the best possible way. Beginners are warmly welcome!
The theme of "Inner child" is an invitation to reflect on how we interact with this part of ourselves.... Our inner little girls..... It's an invitation to make space for her, perhaps releasing some things she had to go through in childhood, and make space for joy and innocene in our current lives. Drumming will as always allow us to fully drop into our bodies and receive messages beyond the mind.
You can expect meditation and visualisation, drumming as a group and in pairs, times to share about our feelings or experience of drumming (not compulsory, nothing is compulsory!), and a drumming relaxation at the end (shamanic journey). 8 natural-skin handheld drums are available to borrow if you don't have one.
Drumming has been very profound and powerful for me and my deep desire to to share that experience with other women so that we can tap into our intuition and be guided in the best possible way in our everyday lives.
The aim is to get insights on how we can best implement some simple actions or thoughts in our everyday lives. And of course to spend two hours in a lovely energy, feeling heard and supported by other women.

Chairs are available onsite but please note that you will need to bring a yoga mat or blancket and everything to feel warm and comfy - and of course your drum if you have one!
Please note that this isn't therapy, but my practice is trauma-informed.
